Improving sleep habits, also known as sleep hygiene, can significantly enhance the quality and duration of your sleep. Here are some effective tips:

Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This helps regulate your body's internal clock and improves the quality of your sleep over time.

Establish a calming pre-sleep routine to signal to your body that it's time to wind down. This could include activities like reading a book, taking a warm bath, practicing relaxation exercises, or listening to soothing music.

Make your bedroom conducive to sleep by keeping it cool, dark, and quiet. Consider using blackout curtains, white noise machines, or earplugs to block out disruptive sounds and light.

Limit Exposure to Screens Before Bed: The blue light emitted by electronic devices like smartphones, tablets, and computers can interfere with your body's natural sleep-wake cycle. Aim to power down these devices at least an hour before bedtime.
